TV connectivity is intermittent 1-2x a month. There were times when I didn’t have TV service for a couple days. Internet service was good.nRegularly change the price of the service package. Not forgiving with payment missed. Not convenient to drop services. One has to call customer service to disconnect and then drop equipment at a local site. Local site won’t do both for you.
One star is too many. Absolute worst experience in my entire life and I am 52. That is not an exaggeration. I don't think I was ever able to connect to the internet for greater than about 30 minutes. It constantly went out. There was one time it went out for multiple days before they fixed it. I canceled my service in September yet they are continuing to bill me. I spoke with someone after waiting on the line for about 30 minutes and she confirmed that my account was closed. I owed a balance and I told her that I would gladly pay it but would not pay for anything past the cancelation date. She told me she understood but was not able to clear the account. She said a supervisor would call me within 24-48 hours to clear it up. That was about two weeks ago. Since then, I did get another bill with another month of service added on.
They rescheduled multiple times to do my install due to not having the equipment. I have my own modem and router. IDK what the deal is.
I can't get through to a person. I try to disconnect and still get billed. I have to drive nearly A hundred miles to return the equipment.
Whatever you do don’t pick this company for your internet. Goes out daily and if it does work it lags all day from being so slow. Currently been trying to get to talk to someone about getting the internet fixed that’s been out for 12 hours now. But every time you call the automated system will hang up on you instead of letting you talk to person. Past frustration with this company ready to drop.
