They’re getting a 2 because fair is fair and the front office staff has always been pleasant and Dr Spencer is a very good doctor. They lose 3 stars on the horrendous bedside manner of their nurse Stacey. She’s been vindictive, inflicting pain on my child with stitches on both side of his legs only to roll her eyes when the doctor backed her off bc she was hurting him, and has had nothing but an arrogant and condescending attitude with every single transaction. I left this practice specifically to avoid any interaction with this nurse ever again.
