The worst most disrespectful workers they don't know what to do half the time I loved cvs in kernersville but I hate this one. I'm checking with the one out back of the de rex pharmacy or something. Im checking in to another place my insurance pays 2000 dollar a month so any pharmacy should be happy for my business they are terrible people compared to other cvs I been to. Been with cvs since 2012 and 3 states this is the worste
If you need some drugs or that covid vaccine place to come
This CVS has some of the most rude people working in the pharmacy. On top of their extremely poor customer service they never can get you everything in 1 trip. My husband has the same meds every month but I ended going up there 2 somethings 3 times because they can't get their act together. The final straw was when we waitednfor 40 minute at the drive thru window and no one ever came.
Pharmacy staff was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and friendly.
I would agree a year ago or so, problems. Today best in class. They are very busy and that does affect wait times. Can't comment on the drive through as I need my exercise and add steps to my day by walking inside. If I were sick I would probably use the drive through. Great store, well managed and helpful friendly staff. If you have issue there today, likely its your issue.
