Honestly! The only reason I am giving you even one star,.. Is because I have to in order to tell you how awful I have been treated by this place!nI have spoken to about 10 people in this bank ..and out of everyone,... I spoke to a supervisor named John.. He was the only one with even a half a heart!nI just relocated to N.C and my stimulus was forwarded to my new address. I go to cash my check using my family members acct ... And was told i was not allowed to. So i asked how i can set up my acct. Being the fears because of the covid19 pandemic... I was told by the local teller..to start the acct via the website.. To which I did. When I went to make the deposit, via online , my pics of the stimulus check was not accepted and said it needed to be retaken. So when i went to retake the pic.. I was booted from the page.. Unable to go back,.. I drove back around thru the drive thru and explained my situation to the teller... At which time I said i didn't want anything to go wrong.. So i said i would just deposit with her... So she did the deposit. She said I would have access to the funds the following day. Which I knew I needed the money for expenses that i was not able to pay during the weekend. So I left the money in the acct til Monday morning. (I started the acct on a Friday) ... Monday I was told that the funds were being held.. And that I would have full access to the money on the 11th .. Which was then 7 days later! Long time to wait when I've been out of employment and without necessities for nearly a month and a half.. But i bit the bullet and struggled another week.. ONLY TO FIND OUT I AM BEING TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER TOTAL OF 15 TO 20 DAYS FOR MY GOVERNMENT S STIMULUS!!! WHAT.. WHY ... HOW... .. I have contacted a lawyer and I will move forward if this does not resolve by Friday May 15,2020 ...nI have done NOTHING WRONG! I HAVE NO ATM CARDS... I HAVE NO CHECKS!!! I DO NOT NOR CAN I HAVR ANY PENDING TRANSACTIONS IN THIS ACCT THAT I LITERALLY JUST STARTED! FIX THIS ISSUE!! PLEASE!!! OR I WILL MOVE FORWARD WITH THIS! I , just as many other americans, are NOT AS LUCKY TO HAVE AN INCOME DURING THIS PANDEMIC! I have bills and i am being evicted now... So please!!! I ask you to resolve or i havr to move forward!!
