Terrible service by sales manager. I received the Internet price, went and test drove the vehicle but didn’t buy that day. After checking with other dealerships on their prices I called my salesman at Hubert Vester and asked for their best price. They changed the Internet price to a higher price. Sales rep said I had to sit across from the sales manager to get the Internet price offer, not over the phone. Low balled by $2,000.00 the trade-in value of my car. Super slow to give me their “best deal” offer, literally hours after I contacted my sales rep 3 times and then it was the worst offer among 4 dealers I spoke with. Unless you’re ready to overpay for a new Honda, steer clear.

Not impressed. I worked at a new dealership years ago for several years and customer service was most important. I got the impression that I didn't matter that much. If I didn't buy it someone else would quickly scoop it up.

Went in to get a car. The people there were excellent in the way they handled my situation. It was my first time getting a vehicle and going through the process was a little daunting. But they were professional and helped me along the way. They had a $500 coupon on their website at the time of my purchase a couple of weeks ago.

Everyone @ Hubert Vester is always friendly and helpful. I ordered 4 new tires and had an oil change. I thank God for their shuttle service. Satisfactory rate is 10.

The staff are friendly, the work was done in a timely manner. The work was done to my satisfaction. These guys go above and beyond.
