We have bought several vehicles from this dealership and the sales personnel are great. The service department however is another story. The staff are not friendly and does not communicate well with customers. We brought one of our vehicles in a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and were told since we didn’t have an appointment it would be at least an hour before they could get to it. We ended up having to go to Whites Tire for our oil change. Today we had an appointment with another vehicle and after waiting 50 minutes we checked on the status of our vehicle and they still had not started on it and were told they were behind. This is not good customer service. We never have this issue across the street at Vester Honda!! I hope this will be looked in to.

Hubert Vester Toyota has the most amazing staff that I have ever had a honor to meet. They all were like family very patient and considerate. They not only provide you with class A service during your time of visit they also are great with their word and also care about the after math I am forever grateful too this company with helping me during my time of need they got me riding in way above what I expected So tell a friend to tell a friend. Thank you again and again much love!!!!

This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will be returning and have a completely different mindset after purchasing through Hubert Vester. Paul is a Marine veteran, who not only takes care of his customers, but his employees as well. I walked away today feeling confident in the car I purchased, price, etc. and I know where to go for our next purchase! Highly recommend!!

Had a fantastic experience getting my car serviced after we purchased it! Our first oil change was free, so we only had to pay for our tire rotation! Melissa was so kind, and answered all my questions! Would highly recommend!

Everyone hates car shopping! Paul McCoy and his team did an amazing job with providing great customer service & the best deal! It was a very smooth transition. I highly recommend you give them an opportunity to beat the competitors prices. They support military 100%.nnMy sister, brother and sister in law went the following week and also purchased a car and they agree with the great price & customer service.
