Great folks to work with - probably the most fun I've ever had purchasing a car! Austin and Kristi have a good demeanor about them. We were on a budget and they found a way to make things work for us despite other events going on that were distractions for them. Will definitely check with them the next time we're in the market for a car and recommend DEA to anyone shopping for a good used car or truck at a very fair price.

Had a great time with this dealer! Great people to work with, and think highly of this team! I drove a total of 10 hours today, 5 down and 5 back, to get the deal with them! Austin was an absolute pleasure to work with. I got a great deal on a 2011 Ram truck. Austin went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the purchase. Amazing guy. If you are in the market go see Austin at Down East Auto. He will take care of you. The detail crew was amazing as well. When I received the truck it looked nearly new again.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Our daily driver needed a major repair that was leaving us without a vehicle for over a month. DEA went above and beyond ensuring we were completely set. They worked a couple after hour days (with such a great attitude) helping us get exactly what we needed - and responded swiftly to any questions we had. We had a minor concern after we purchased our vehicle that they handled flawlessly and with such urgency. Such a great company!

I want to give a big thank you to Down East Auto in Wilson, NC. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and sought to act in my best interests and help me get into a quality vehicle, a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser, which has served me extremely well. Kristi, who sold to me and took care of all my paperwork and walked me through the entire process, was incredibly kind and professional, and I could not be more grateful.
