Lee Nissan

I have bought several cars but have never had an experience quite like Lee Nissan. They were fabulous to work with and extremely patient and kind. So great to work with that we purchased 2 vehicles. Scott is a hidden gem! He made sure our transactions were smooth and easy. He went out of his way to help my daughter set up her phone blue tooth before driving off. It's the simple touches of customer service that make the difference. Chris was also amazing to work with. They have added a lifelong customer!

I had a great experience with Lee Nissan and it all started with an online inquiry. Kristine, the internet sales manager, was quick and super attentive to my inquiries and questions. The car I was looking at was a 2015 Lexus IS350 and I had a trade of a 2016 Mercedes C300. A week earlier I almost bought this car from another dealer but it had sold, shortly after Lee Nissan posted theirs that they had just got. I told them that the previous dealership was going to give me $16k for my trade and wanted to know before I made the long drive from Northern Virginia that I could have that value matched and that the car would still be there. They agreed to these terms so long as my vehicle was in the condition I described and everything worked. I made the trip there and was greeted by Scott, our sales consultant. He was super helpful in putting us right in to the car for a test drive and had it cleaned up for us. After we got back in we went right into things knowing that we wanted to proceed. They gave me even a little more on my trade ($16,180) and everything was very transparent. I transferred things from my old car to my new car and Scott helped with the vehicle plates. I went back in and my husband was wrapping in finance with Stanley who was very kind and fun to talk to about our interest in cars. We left and made the trip back super satisfied with my new car and the easy process we had with Lee Nissan!

I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. From my initial interaction with general manager Tait (awesome communication throughout the process), to the super warm and friendly welcome from Dylan after I set foot in the dealership lot; everything was spot on! The team at Lee Nissan made my first car purchase incredibly seamless and a breeze! Many thanks to everyone that helped or offered water, especially my salesman Dylan for his delightful personality and superb management of my initial paperwork! I can't leave out Mr. James, the Finance Manager, who helped with financing. He made the process feel way less intimidating and stressful than what I anticipated. Definitely an extremely professional and courteous staff at this dealership. They made the 2.5 hour drive so worth it to get my car. Make them your go to dealership for a Nissan!

Experience was the best. Service advisor Patrick was awesome. We were traveling out of town when my fuel pump went bad. It was closed to closing time at dealer but Patrick and the team went out of their way to ensure we got fixed.

Scott did a great job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He took the time to make sure that I was completely satisfied. The sales manager and general manager were also very helpful throughout the entire process.
