I've been with this bank for 12 years and I've never had an issue! Whether that be with my account or a loan. They are always SO friendly and eager to help! I've always had GREAT customer service with a smile! I will never change banks!
NEVER A ISSUE WITH SELF HELP CREDIT UNION (used to be Firestone CU) WE COULD NOT WORK OUT....THE STAFF IS VERY NICE...THEY WILL EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY BORING STORIES....LOLX2nI WOULD SAY TO THE PEOPLE THAT COMPLAIN ABOUT NFS FEES...KEEP SOME MONEY IN THE BANK...YOU WONT HAVE THAT PROBLEM!!!!
Maybe one of worst bank in Wilson: there are a lot of better one in Wilson. I never want to use them again. They are trash. Me being with was worst I ever seen.
