Had an appointment scheduled. Husband stayed home from work all morning waiting for someone to show. Never came. Never called. Not happy.
Contacted Miller plumbing to install rough in plumbing and bath tub. Scheduled an appointment the week prior and was told they can do the work. Reach out to Miller the day prior and was told they would contact me tomorrow as there may be a delay with the install. After not getting a call from Miller, I contacted Fred and was told he could not make it and to try and find someone else. On short notice it was impossible to locate another contractor, and since I am from out of state I could not complete the job and will have to return when I find another plumbing company. I do not recommend this company to anyone, as you cannot trust them and they do not return your calls. This is just poor business management. If you tell someone you can do the work you have a commitment to fulfill. Do not trust this business and go with someone else. They have to be better!
Highly recommend these folks for your plumbing needs.
Had a leak at the road at a house in 7 devils. Got it fixed in 2 hours for far less than my water bill was going to cost. Hard workers.
We called Miller to help us with our broken outside spigot/hose bib and he said they were really busy and would try to get to us in the next couple days. That was Monday and we called again Thursday and he said he would be by the next day, Friday between 10-12. Still nothing so we called to tell him to forget it. He later called but didn't leave a message.
