I tried to use this company, but they will never call you back. Went to another company.
I would give them 0 star if that's possible. They are the worst plumbing company possible int he entire United States.

I am a recently retired Air Force veteran that required service for a septic tank issue. My wife and contacted this company to render service for a pump truck due to the nature of the issue.nnThey sent a plumber with a regular work truck...the plumber insisted that he could fix himself without the pump truck.nnThis was a horrible experience...the gentleman proceeded to tell me my system wasn't good and he didn't know what to tell me (I should have done better taking carenof my system). After telling him repeatedly to get a pump truck. He finally agreed to do so but charged me almost $200 for the call.nnThe next day the pump truck showed up and fixed the issue charging $250. That crew was amazed that the plumber took the call because a pump truck was needed originally.nnI contacted company and got put off an entire week almost hoping I would not follow up.nnBottom line we were charged twice for the same job and the business offered zero resolution.nnAs veterans we deserve better!
