Order online, estimated time 15 to 20 minutes, when I got to the window I pay for my food and was told it will be additional 20 minutes more to park at the front. I went inside the store only to be told my pizza was ready but not the wings. I waited about 15 minutes. I ask only to be told there getting ready it will be and additional 15 minutes, during this time I was able to see how other customers were getting there wings ready and passed over the window. I ask to cancel my order and to refund my money, it has been over 24 hrs and still not get my money refund. Worst service ever, and the employees acted they didn’t care!

Poor customer service I was left on hold for over 20 mins for them to tell me they’re out of something I ordered online and I was told to call them. Will not order from this Pizza Hut again.
I've always preferred Pizza Hut to all others. The reopening of the dining room and buffet would receive 5 stars.
Rather large order but also a 20 dollar tip. They forgot my brownie and 2 orders of wings. Called them and they sent those back out for delivery. Food finally showed up and geuss what? They forgot an order of wings. Called the store again they had them deliver the wings. All in all it took 2 hours to get my food. They didn't deserve the tip or the price of my order it was ridiculous.
