Lori pierced my 5 year old's ears this past Saturday, she was awesome! She did a great job and was very professional! All of the employees here are extremely friendly and GREAT with the kids. I love bringing my girls here. I was very satisfied with the job she did and she even made sure to include her sister in the experience. Overall great experience. We always have a good time in this store

I witnessed something yesterday that was was horrible. A family was there to get their young daughter ears pierced. The little girl was screaming holding her ears and saying NO multiple times. At one point I saw the father put his daughter in a head lock and hands around her tiny neck. All the while the employee just stood there. I'm sorry but I find it crazy the employee didn't step in and refuse to go any further. I guess its more about getting the money than what the child wanted. I hope never to witness that again. Come on CLAIRE 'S if a child says no just stop.

I am a currently employee at the store and was the girl cashing out your family. I want to say I am extremely sorry your family did not have a good experience in our store because that is something we strive for. However, we were not trying to talk about morality lessons but the way the six year old was being treated was very inappropriate and the way she was being spoken to, too the point that other customers left.As I mentioned above, I am sorry your family had a bad experience because our team strives for nothing but the best.
