Watauga County Resident Judges

Would not grant a warrant for arrest even though I had several print-outs of messages showing threats that were made against me. The lady was very patronizing and tried to blame me for “provoking” the person who threatened me. Didn’t bother to take into consideration that the individual lives in my hometown. The other magistrate (old white guy) was even more rude, talked over me the whole time he was in the room, and said I was wasting his time. He should be fired. And they wonder why people are so disillusioned with the court system and feel they need to take the law and personal protection into their own hands. Watauga County needs to get these old, dried up, apathetic legal personnel out and catch up to the 21st century, and Millenials need to do more to get involved in the legal professions in this county.

worthless all of em try to get a warrant (which as a citizen of this state im legally entitled to and all ya get is a bunch of nothing covering up an colluding or just doing nothing seems to be there soup of the day everyday what the hell does it take or who do you have to know or payoff to get a warrant on a person in this county ? animal abuse case regarding humane society who purposely tried to kill my rescued cat fraudulent documents claiming the cat was theres (discarded mine)and had her ear cut off partially starved her nearly to death she was skeletal. she was 8lbs when I took her in 4lbs when i got her back stuffed in a trap (not her carrier) visable spinal column so sseems only if yer related maybe to the magistrates or know them something happens to them a warrant would be on the spot a normal citizen in this county gets treated with indigence, arrogance and an out right attitude what the hell did my vote get me in november ? apparently nothing ...nothing at all . THANKS FOR NOTHING FYI everyone there is a max of 5 yrs for animal abuse except I guess if you work for the un humane society in watauga co . can abuse yer animal and nothing happens DO NOT TAKE YER ANIMALS TO HUMAINE SOCIETY OF WATAUGA CO THEY WILL ABUSE YER ANIMAL OR KILL IT AND NOTHING ...NOTHING HAPPENS THANKS SOO MUCH FOR NOTHING YOU MAGESTRATES FOR ALLOWING THIS TO BE CONDONED NOVEMBER ELECTIONS ARE NEXT YEAR i WILL HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE AT THE VOTING BOX IF THERE UP .. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE PICTURES SO HERE THEY ARE NOW PUBLIC AND IM PUTTING EM ALL ON LINE AND WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH THE NEWS THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TAKE YER ANIMAL TO THE HUMAINE SOCIETY OF WATAUGA COUNTY BE FORWARNED

Very friendly district attorneys, however I found the clerks of the court to be very rude and havenoverpriced fees for credit card payment.
