I had my F 150 in for repair Adam and Jeff were the service reps I dealt with. Both of them were extremely helpful and professional. Everything was communicated to me every step of the way. Its nice to pick up your vehicle and not have any surprises. They have a full slate of technicians that specialize in different components of the vehicles. These guys are top notch all the way. I highly recommend Modern Ford for all your service needs. I look forward to buying my future vehicles here as well.
Refer to the one star review Zach Shelton left as I had an eerily similar experience. Customer service and professionalism is non-existent throughout the organization! Awful experience, cannot recommend and will never refer!
Service staff very courteous and knowledgeable. Did what they said they would do and when they said it would be done. Very pleasant experience. I was a little worried about going to Modern based upon some of the reviews I had read. It seems the change in ownership from a few years ago has cured a lot of the issues described in the poor reviews.
Adam in service is one of the best in the business. He took care of my truck's problems under warranty and made it a no fuss and no hassle experience. He answered all of my my many questions and provided top notch customer service. They also looked at the problem and dove deeper into what was causing an issue to fix it rather than just putting a band aide on the issue and calling it a day. I'll be taking my truck back to them anytime I need work done!
Modern Ford of Boone has awesome employees. The customer service is outstanding, always helpful, and courteous. A special shout out to Adam for taking such great care of everything, and to Dustin and Hunter for their smiles and friendliness. The needed repair was done in a timely fashion, and the rental car provided was brand new. Awesome!
