We just renewed our Wrangler lease with Ross, and it was by far the easiest vehicle purchase we’ve ever had. Cam was great from the start, found us exactly what we wanted and delivered the new Wrangler to our driveway all within about 24 hours from the first phone call. We will definitely be coming back when it’s time to renew our lease again.
I had a recall on my vehicle and was able to book my appointment for service very easily and was told it would take approximately 1hr. I arrived and was notified prior to that estimated time and without any additional charges upon checking out. Nice job being true to honoring your word as this is often not the case in customer service these days.
Great dealership to work with. We were coming in from out of town and Alan was extremely helpful throughout the entire purchasing process and even made sure to give us tips on where to eat. Easiest car buying experience ever!
