Sunglass Hut

After spending 180 on Maui Jim, I didn’t even receive a bottle of cleaner. I called the store and spoke with Kiana, it’s apparent They have no training or idea on how too do business. She had the store manager call me, upon answering, she had the attitude!! Said we offered you the warranty?! I said, that’s not what I called about, said drop the ATTITUDE!! I WILL never go back

The service was outstanding! The person that helped us was patient and extremely helpful. I will only shop here from now on!

I just wish the prices were a bit better for designer frames here. I always stop by a Sunglass hut to see some nice shades but I know the prices can be better. That's my only issue with them.

Great selection of glasses, but awful attendant. I walked into the store, and she wasn't even in there. She was at the kiosk outside and only came back in the store after I came in. Not to mention no greeting or asking if I needed assistance. She also watched me from the door as though she was anxious to get back to the other store. I quickly decided I didn't need to get my new pair of shades from this place, if this is the staff in its employ.
