I visited the Raleigh Ortho PT office in North Raleigh today with my son. He had fallen and broken his hand/wrist and was referred to get a splint prior to surgery. Jennifer T was absolutely amazing! She took the time to talk with both of us and made sure everything was well and comfortable as she worked with my son. He was very pleased with the care received as well as his new splint. Very much appreciated the special attention provided! Highly recommended!

Murray is awesome! He takes time to understand what I think is wrong and then spends a lot of time educating me about what is occurring. He is very personable and I appreciate the work he does with me.

Frank is terrific! Luckily, we “clicked” — and my comfort with him made the whole rehab experience better. The entire staff, from the front desk to the PT folks, make this office a happy place to be, even though moments ARE uncomfortable hard work. I can’t recommend them highly enough! I’ve worked with physical therapists before who seemed intent on making the experience as painful as possible—no pain, no gain, I guess—but I never got that feeling from Frank and Ashlyn.

Front desk staff are very friendly and professional.nPT staff are caring and efficient. The floor is crowded sometimes, and your PT might have 1 or 2 other patients to see during your appointment.nJean O. was my PT.

This was my first visit at this facility. Andrea was very courteous and polite. She addressed my concerns with a smile. I will be back.
