Just horrible all the way around please to take your fsmily member here I wouldn’t even take my dog here. Staff is rude disrespectful lazy and gossipers. The building is nasty and falling apart I feel bad for the patients I got my mother out of here quick. Her call bell light was on 30 plus minutes she was sitting in stool. I see all the staff gathered up in the break rooms gossiping and talking smh. You can tell the staff that’s been there for years are the troublemakers and gossipers and lazy because no other job would have them. They have gotten so comfortable with being there they see there life not going anywhere else. The whole place needs to be done over from the building to the staff. I would not recommend taking your love one here it’s to much going on. If I could give -0 stars I would

Where do I begin with this place I worked at Litchford Falls for a few years because I had so much love for my patients and that is it but when it comes to Litchford as a whole it is the worse the bathrooms are falling apart they barely have equipment that can help ease your pain when it comes having to physically lift your patients the place is full of cockroaches the kitchen staff is just ghetto and disrespectful if you go to the kitchen to ask for anything extra for the patients they flip out like the food is theirs when these patients have paid to eat and should be able to eat whenever the nursing management has their picks and chooses they are very bias the staff is underpaid the place is full of drama gossip and wickedness period and when you are in a place like that the patients can feel the tension and it’s not fair to them...so if you are thinking about putting a loved one here please think long and hard they will come with their phoniness like they are so for you and your family when in actuality all they want is the money if I could give 0 stars I would I promise you that the same staff that is there is the troublemakers the drama makers and the gossipers they can barely care for the patients because they are to busy in everybody else business... this is not the place believe me

I worked here for about 6 months, it was all I could take. I had been hired fresh out of a local CNA program, offered a job pretty much the same day I had interviewed. They only let me buddy train for about a week then tossed me into the fire. I was assigned the hardest hall with some of the most difficult coworkers I’ve ever worked with. Needing assistance using the hoyer lift for a patient over 300 lbs was seen as an annoyance and I’d often be left waiting 10 mins for help each time. I refused to operate the hoyer alone. You’re not supposed to, many CNAs did/do. They look at you as weak for needing help and going by the book. The aide to patient ratio was insanely imbalanced. The ones who cared, truly cared, were bullied til they quit. Like me. Management never took harassment claims seriously until I submitted my letter of resignation without notice. Suddenly, they all wanted to solve the problem haha inadequate equipment, broken equipment, aides who want to sit in patients rooms and watch soap operas when their coworkers need help. Disfunctional facility. Do NOT bring your loved ones here.nnI will say that a few of the complaints about lack of bed rails is something this facility can’t control. Somewhere in the country, someones head got stuck and then rails were done away with country wide, if I’m not mistaken. I was there the week they started removing them and it made me terribly nervous for patients safety. I believe this is the standard now in general and not just this facility. Regardless, this facility is awful.
