Quail Corners Animal Hospital

I have been here multiple times because my vet after hours hasn’t been opened. They are WONDERFUL. This past time my dog had a seizure, or stroke still trying to figure out. I ran there immediately they were so sweet and caring as I was an emotional mess. They took care of him over night and they were amazing. He’s back home now and I can’t thank them enough for the fast answers and blood work and etc they did. Praying my boy gets better but so thankful they were there when I needed them most. HIGHLY recommend.

We have been going to Quail Corners for over 15 years and have been very happy. They are very compassionate, professional, and absolutely loving and kind to the animals and their owners. One thing that was important to us was finding a place that had 24 hour service if we were to ever need it. The time came where we did need after hours care and it was a relief to know they were knowledgeable with our pet and her needs. Every single staff person has been wonderful! We choose to drive past many other Vets because of the wonderful care we receive at Quail Corners. I highly recommend them.

I have used Quail Corners emergency services multiple times of the past several years and have always been pleased with their services. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are very compassionate during emergency situations. They are the only emergency vet service that I will use and I have recommended them to several of my friends. Their prices also seem to be very reasonable.

I used Quail Corners emergency vet services recently and they were incredibly helpful and wonderful! I was seen quickly, they promptly performed the necessary tests and check-up, and were very communicative throughout the process. Overall they were great during a stressful situation. I left feeling informed and I knew what to do next for my dog. They also offered to communicate with my regular vet to ensure that my pet's records were synced up and consistent. Overall I would highly recommend them as an emergency vet!

Unfortunately this is very uncharacteristic of Quail Corners animal Hospital. I called them in the morning because my pup had an eye infection. They were not willing to work me into the schedule. Since it was not life threatening, I asked about the following day and they indicated to me that it would need to be an emergency visit after 6pm either day or I could go to another office for $100 and they would work me in... what??? I thought this was odd, because when they called me the day before to get a shot he needed, they could fit me in for either day, but because of work commitments I wanted it for the following week. I asked if my dog could get the shot and his nails trimmed at the ER visit and the person said they can do it, but I would need to remind them when I came in. I called when I arrived and explained to them what was wrong and they said they would ask the doctor if they could give the shot and trim his nails. After a 45 minute wait, because there was one person ahead of me... mind you, I schedule this ‘ER’ visit with the receptionist, they took my dog back. The doctor called and told me that he thought it was an eye infection and was sending him home with some gel to place in his eye and if it didn’t help then I was to give them a call. I was fine with that and asked about side effects of his shot and the doctor said that he’s not giving the shot or nail trim. He explained that they would check the eye when he came in the following week. I informed him that he said to give them a call if it doesn’t help and he just repeated that they will check it next week. Well, now it is next week and you guessed it... they did not check his eye today. It’s fine and looks normal, but there was no information given to me about his eye. That and the nail trim was $27. It is sad to say, but it seems that in a time of a pandemic that they could be more kind. This is not the Quail Corners I know. This is my second dog with them, and my mom takes her dog and cats there because of my recommendation. Totally disappointed and can’t help but feel they are only after money and not care.
