Jet's Pizza

My service and overall experience today was terrible. I placed a text order (which they give you 20% off for text order) and when I got to the store to pick it up there was no order. The store employee was rude and didn’t seem concerned about my dilemma at all. He said that the mobile orders are done through a third party and they don’t always come through. That was the only excuse or explanation I was given. I asked for a replacement order and was told they didn’t have change. All I had was cash. I asked for a discount and Was turned down for that. I asked for the manager and he was nowhere to be found. I was told he might be back in a few hours if I wanted to come back. I was so angry I just left. Customer service was horrible and I won’t be going back to this location. I took my business to Domino’s where I received great service and the employees were helpful and pleasant.

I've had good pizza from here before but the service we received today was terrible. It seems like your options to get pizza here is either to order delivery that will probably not come or order in the store that is so loud verbal communication is nearly impossible.nnOur order was supposed to be delivered by 5. When the order was 30 minutes late we decided to call. We were told that part of the order was still in the oven. I understand that arrival times are approximate but if the food is still cooking half an hour after it was supposed to be delivered I'd appreciate at least an update.nnWe were informed that picking it up would be faster than continuing to wait for delivery so I set off for a 30 minute round trip leaving my wife with two hungry toddlers and a newborn (which mean delivery would have been at least an hour late).nnAt the store I was told that I could either have a refund or have the pizza. I told them I expected the delivery fee and tip back but I didn't have time to argue so I at least got that. Also it is impossible to hear anyone talking in the store over the TV.nnWhen I got to my car I noticed that every item in my order was cold. How? If it was still cooking when we called how was it cold 15min later?nnIt's pretty pathetic that I was charged full price to feed my family cold pizza an hour late with no apology or recognition of wine doing.

The pizza here is great when they do get the order right but the service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They constantly get your order wrong or leave off ingredients. I’ve been in multiple times where the staff is playing around with each other in front of customers. On my most recent visit they made both my pizzas wrong and when they remade them they still left off ingredients. I won’t be back.

It is what it is, down & dirty pizza! The deep dish craving is a special one and Jet's hits the spot. I have had success with take out, have never tried delivery. If you are keto or low carb, the cauliflower crust is what's up!

Placed order at 7:04 pm received email at 7:44 that order would be delivered at 8:29. Unless it's Super Bowl Sunday this is unacceptable, but wait it gets worse! At 8:56 I get a message saying your order is enroute and will be delivered at 9:09, at 9:09 the door dash driver was still showing at Jet's Pizza it wasn't until 9:19 that the vehicle started moving and it was 9:29 before the driver arrived. Pizza was room temperature and I would guess it had been sitting under the heat lamp for at least an hour. Unacceptable Jet's
