I placed the order over the phone with Alex. He confirmed curbside. The order was placed at 7:02pm, pulled up turned on blinkers in front of the door and was noticed by the employees. Had to go in after waiting over 30minutes since the tracker went off as pizza being ready. The person at the lobby was super rude even after they made me wait, cold pizza, I initially called to have my rewards redeemed and buy more food on top of that and Alex couldn’t help with that so I placed the whole order instead without redeeming rewards since the app is also not working. This is the worst worst service ever from this location. This is typically the family favorite location and more than likely will now be ordering from the location near the house instead of taking the extra drive! This team should be reviewed. On hold for over 15minutes with no answer. Knowingly giving cold food and being rude when approached for the pick up... Alex is the “manager” according to him.

Decent food. Expect a 15-20 minute wait for curbside delivery AFTER your order is ready and you let them know that you've arrived. That wait time needs some serious improvement.

Extra meat cheese steak? There isnt even a single layer of meat. The chicken was about half the size portion as normal too. This store is a RIP off. First negative review I've ever left on google. Great work Domino's!

000000 Stars!!!! Ordered at 4:13 pm on Saturday 5/2/2020nScheduled delivery at 6:35pmnArrived at 6:52pm. Pizza was cold, and old looking. Everyone knows what hot cheese looks like. This looked like a grocery store pizza prior to being cooked.nnUpdate: ordered papa johns (Strickland Rd) quickly after and arrived at 7:36pm with a tamper proof sticker on it!! 5 Stars for The PapannFYI, not a big fan of chains, but the kids requested against my better judgment.

Placed our dinner order.. I ordered a thin crust pizza with no cheese as I always do. It came burnt. I called the store and the manager told me that happens when you don't get cheese. Highly unlikely. I haven't had this issue before. I also didn't get any sauces that I ordered. I was told that I could get another one but it would take 40 mins or more, or I could get store credit. I understand that its Friday night, a busy night. But I'd rather have my pizza now.
