It was my first time visiting this location. Unfortunately, my order was taken wrong and I was overcharged, which can be an honest mistake of communication. Thankfully, I was instantly reimbursed the over charge. However, when I left and opened my sandwich barely any tuna was placed in the bread. What a disappointment — why the retaliation or the compounding of poor service?! I had gotten the same sandwich from another location and enjoyed it so much that it motivated me to get another. As someone else noted in the reviews, sadly, I won’t be returning to this location.
This location is great! I have had a few orders that were not completely correct but this location always makes it right. The delivery drivers are all courteous and go above and beyond. They are freaky fast 99% of time. Good job.
We just left Jimmy John's at 7:45 tonight. This location is supposed to be open until 9 as I was told walking in period all of the lights inside were off in the outside sign were off. I asked if they were open and one of the workers coming outside with a big Box of food ask his CO worker inside. He said that they were open but they closed early since they were not that busy meaning they were closing soon and not at 9 . To make a long story short there were 3 other people that came in behind me also to place an order. Got 2 subs and got home and on the number 4 which was supposed to be Turkey there was no meat on it. I expect a full refund and a new sub of my choice at another location. Very disappointing especially in this unprecedented time when You would think that they need all the business they can get!
Great service today!! Can't really go wrong with Jimmy John's. Consistency amongst locations is probably the best right behind Chick-fil-a.nnThe French bread used for the subs is outstanding.
