Best Marcos pizza I’ve been to. Love their service and whenever there were a mess up it was taken care of. Thanks guys for exceptional customer service and politeness. I can’t speak for others experiences. I usually get thin crust.

I used to love Marco's but the past few orders I've placed have been subpar, at best. The pizza hasn't been cooked throughly leaving the crust limp. Aside from being under cooked they could not even cut the pizza for easy access. You could flip the pizza over and it would still be intact, aside from being upside down. There was no clear wedge to grab without using a knife. I asked for well done wings and I could have made a sling shot with the skin. Disappointed!

This pizzeria has been my go to place today my pizza arrived over 30 minutes late luke warm and didn’t taste the same plus ordered a diet mountain dew received a regular Mountain dew which was corrected by the driver. I should have waited when a driver was available hopefully next time my pizza will not be luke warm and better tasting.

Awful Experience! I Never received the order! Placed on Sunday night at 8:05.. estimated delivery at 8:50! Tried to track order online, never updated past Prepping the pizza! 8:50 came and past no updates... tried calling several times! Finally someone answered with a “We are Closed” I said I’m just trying to track my order... after being put on hold!.. “I’m sorry your order never made it out for delivery! There was a mix up” UMM what is the mix up? You charged my card, I had a confirmation # and email! Well now it’s 9:30, the location is Closed! And I don’t have my order! So a refund is in place, but if they had my contact information why wasn’t I notified or called to question. Just awful Customer Service!
