Poorly managed. Ordered my pizza online and showed up when it said it would be ready. When I get here i’m told they need another 15 minutes. Really? They haven’t even started making it. This never happens anywhere else I’ve been. No excuse, you got one job dude...
Terrible customer service ! The delivery driver pretty much insisted that he would not leave my home unless he was given a tip. I called the facility to speak to the manager on duty Emily and was told that they are now required to ask for a tip due to COVID. She was also rude and unprofessional. Never ordering from there again ! Also, beware of the delivery drivers, I had to file a police report on the delivery driver, he returned to my home aggressive after finding out I reported him to the manager.
Second ordering food from here and my fried oreos looked horrible burnt and hard. My boneless wings barely had any sauce on them!
Pizza hut is the best!! The staff is always super nice and the food is unbeatable :)
Terrible pizza place, staff charged me for a 2 topping pizza but only put 2 toppings on the pizza then got aggressive lied and argued that it was 3 toppings, mind you no one had on a mask, and used the same gloves to answer phones, and fix pizza with.nStick to Dominoes, and Papa Johns, pizza hut has fallen off big time.
