I’ve just got to saw WOW! I purchased an assortment of jewelry from Rebekah and the items were even better than I imagined/the pictures when I received them! I received them insanely fast too btw. We worked with Rebekah to find a center stone for our ring and it was a very special experience. The first visit was purely educational without seeing any gemstone, instead she took the time to help us set a goal and strategy based on our limited budget. After that, it was more targeted and she found us a suitable one with just 2 visits.nA valuable resource at her place is the preowned stones--they are GIA certified like new ones, meet all current standards--and less expensive compared to major online stores like Blue Nile. Her microscope is also better than most other stores, which give you a chance to see the stone clearly. A minor problem we encountered is that Rebekah is very slow at replying emails, which delayed our first visit for 1 month. After that we communicated via text message and it was resolved. So that's the only thing to note if you work with Rebekah--use phone instead of email, hahah

Not responsive and difficult to schedule with. Requested appraisal with Rebekah but was ignored. The appraisal I did receive from someone else in this office was ok but caused a lot of inconvenience due to missed signature and difficulty in getting a response. Rebekah seemed to ignore my emails. Was also more expensive than other places. Would highly recommend Carolina Jewelry Appraisers on Carrboro instead - cheaper and very thorough. Chaya even professionally cleaned my diamond before the appraisal.

She’s not only warm and friendly, she knows her gems and precious metals! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to appraise or even reveal what some of your precious hand me downs (and current purchases) are really worth!!

What a lovely person to work with never making you feel as if your jewelry isn’t enough to love and enjoy. Rebekah helped us reworked some old family jewelry handed down thru generations. Her expertise was invaluable as she identified old European cuts of small diamonds compared to some more recent cuts. Our eyes could not see the difference however the values were significantly higher. She recommended what gems to hold onto and made suggestions of how we could repurpose the other gems into jewelry we could actually use and wear today. Rebekah’s passion for her work and finding a new life for vintage jewelry shines through.
