One stop shopnnThis place is wonderful. My husband and I visited several chain stores in search of my wedding ring. He wanted his mothers modest stone added to a band of my desire. I know I looked at over 1000 rings and felt like the only thing I could do was settle. The other stores would not consider placing his mothers stone into their bands thus we believed all hope was lost. That was until 4 months before the wedding a friend insisted that we go by CMI. I saw a very antique looking band that had designs and it was everything I had been dreaming of but could not put into words. My husband asked his dreaded question...Can you place another stone into the band and the Jeweler looked him and said Absolutely! The look of joy and tears in my husbands face...I knew we had found the right place. They sized my finger and sent it to the jewelry maker in Chicago...6 weeks later my ring was made for me...not taken out of a shelf or tried on by anyone else it was made for me. I had not seen his mother stone so when CMI called to say the ring was ready the agent told my husband to cover my eyes. They slid the ring over my hand to ensure the fit and the first time I saw it was on our wedding day. CMI is amazing they created the wedding ring of both my husband and I's dream. Thank you CMI. I am sorry it took us so long to post our gratitude. We love you guys

My chain had broken with my skull pendant and I was in search of jewelry repair. My search led me to CMI Jewelry and I couldn’t have been happier. When I called, a young lady answered and confirmed that they indeed did jewlry repair...very nice. When I arrived, I met Mr Allen Little. I must say he is awesome. He took very good care of me and called a couple of days later saying my chain was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was thoroughly impressed! My chain and charms looked brand spanking new!!!! Joy!! I stayed and chit chatted with Allen for a little while before leaving. Me and my Skully left very happy indeed! I would give CMI Jewelry 10 stars if I could!! I am a very very satisfied customer!! BRAVO!!

The person who helped me today was great - I'm sorry I already forgot his name! D: He was a superstar, walking me through the things I brought in, and I really appreciate his time and expertise. I came in knowing next to nothing about what I had, and I left having learned a lot and having had a pleasant time doing so.nnJust, uh... maybe don't schedule your appraisal with Tim. That's what I did - having been told to schedule with him in particular - and he wasn't even there for it! He personally spoke to me on the phone and scheduled this appointment himself, so there's no middleman who could've lost the information. He was practically impossible to reach by phone, so I wasn't really surprised he didn't show up. But like I said, I was well taken care of and I had a nice time. I'm not mad at all, I just hope Tim is okay.

Went here to purchase an engagement ring for my now-fiancée. Spoke with Keith about a ring, gave him my specifications and personal preferences. He gave me a great estimate in relatively short time, and got the ring created in very short time. My fiancée loves the ring, we will be back in the future.
