One person working there. The cashier/worker was focused more on one customer than to notice anything else. I wanted to buy a few things but since she didn't even see me standing at the register for at least 5 mins I brought my stuff back to where I found them and left the store.
Unfortunately my wife was treated poorly at Claire’s today at the Triangle Town Mall while trying to return some earrings with a receipt in hand. Not only was the manager and assistant manager unprofessional they walked away while she was still speaking to them. If they couldn’t return her product due to machines being down they could have just as easily said please return when our machines are up and we would gladly return them.
Prices are great and so are the workers
My girls love this store, and everything is super cute. You can usually catch a sale...but they never have enough people working to help you. Every time I have ever been in I have to wait what seems like forever. I wish they had more employees scheduled because Claire's would get 5 stars if they fixed your wait time.
I used to go to Claire's all of the time, but took a little break, and once I returned, they had renovated. The store is much larger now, and it looks really nice! I have always really loved Claire's. They're chic and modern, plus inexpensive, but not cheap QUALITY. Claire's is a great store for girls ages 8-16, I would say, which you don't really see in many stores. They have jewelry, fashion accessories (hats, scarves, etc.), hair accessories and more. Claire's is an overall great store!
