I came to Reeds with a few issues. They were all handled exceptionally well by Anna Hart. She took really great care of me and was very patient as we had a lot going on. Anna's customer service was top notch. Thanks again Anna and yes my wife was extremely satisfied.

I shop here all the time for all of my Pandora Charms! Everyone here takes such great care of me top notch customer service!! I had the pleasure of meeting Crystal and when I tell you she is Amazing she added non pandora gold charms to my bracelet with such thorough skill set and even made sure they were the correct length . Friendly, excellent customer service, very knowledgeable this young lady is who you need to see when go to Reeds!!!!
