Sandy and Teresa are awesome. I went on my lunch to return an online purchase and there was a sign on the door that said appointments only. I called into the store and the got me right in. They could have turned me away but they didn't. I returned my purchase and Sandy also looked at a piece of jewelry that I didn't think would hold up and she gave me an honest assessment. I was in and out in about 15min. Good customer service.

Would never used Jared’s online service again!! But the folks at this store were awesome helping me fix the mess the online order caused. I bought 2 couple birthstone necklaces online for my 2 new daughter-in-loves one had the wrong engraving. I brought it to this store and they got it straight and ordered a new one. I can’t wait to get it. My daughter is engaged and when I know her wedding date I will go to this store and order hers in person
