Friendly and professional. I’ve been visiting Dean’s Barbershop since Comrade Cooper decided that it was his responsibility to determine which businesses are essential. As a small business owner, all businesses are essential. Dean’s Barbershop is essential. They are professional and they provide excellent customer service. They provide a fair rate for their professional service. I highly recommend them. I am thankful for the opportunity to support small businesses in Raleigh.
