I get crochet. Love it. Owner is very patient. Very kind. Accommodating. She aims to please. Crochet last too. The other braider is also good.
I haven't utilized their services but from what I have read they do not take pride in being on time.
When I first came to the salon I did not have an appointment set but the lady in the salon at the time said her sister was coming to braid my hair since she was working on another customer. When her sister came there was a big disagreement with the customer and her sister the owner. My hair was blow dried out and then I was asked to come back 4 hours later at 6 to get my quick and easy cornrows. When I arrived at 6 the braider who was supposed to be starting on my hair at 6 was occupied and I waited 30 min before she began. After all this madness and also me bringing my own braiding hair I was charged $100 for the service. I don’t think this was fair but I do love my braids even though it was rushed through due to another customer waiting to get her hair finished.
Very friendly and most importantly gentle with my hair. I am very tender headed so I really appreciate the attention I was given. I will use them again for sure!
I made two appointments at 10AM for services for myself and my daughter. One braider arrived at 10AM but the other braider arrived at 12PM. Instead of getting there at 10AM like previously discussed she said that she had other things to do and knew it wouldn't take long to do my daughters hair. I'm sorry but the point is we set a time and that time should be honored regardless. We were there for 7 hours for just regular kinki twists. My daughter got so tired. She had to wait TWO hours just for the braider to start on her head. Afterwards I see that my daughters hair parts are completely uneven. Some are big, some are huge and some are small. One of my pet peeves is when someone is late. She apologized and said it will never happen again and it won't because she has truly lost my services. We will not be returning. It is really a shame but customer service is everything to me. I wish them all the best of luck!
