I visited this salon today and I have to say that they should not be open being that they do not have any hot or warm water. Especially being that it's cold outside. I highly suggest getting your salon up to top grade if you want to charge top grade prices. I would not recommend this salon they will overcharge you for a basic service.
If I could give it zero stars I would. To say I'm highly disappointed is an understatement. I go into a salon for a service I have to spend $2 to use my debit card. And I had to get a shampoo with ice cold water. Based simply on that fact the service should have been discounted or better yet close your salon until it's up to par. If you're going to charge for a service have what you need to render said service in a professional manner. I've been to this place twice my first time and my last.
Mrs. Lawanda has presented to the public an awesome Salon and Spa experience. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful and relaxing and the services provided are delivered in a spirit of EXCELLENCE! My daughter and I had our hair done at Heavenly Touch Salon and we LOVE it! We will surely return soon.
Mrs. LaWanda is the best! She is super thorough and had great customer service. She also added a new special treatment in my hair which made my hair more manageable and healthier! The shop has a very tranquil atmosphere as well! Would highly recommend this shop!
I have been coming to Heavenly Touch salon& spa for 19yrs.and it is still the most professional and courteous and friendly staff as always. I have never left the shop not satisfied with my services. Hair, nails massage, facials and caring atmosphere in one place. As long as Lawanda and her staff is there so will I.
