Feel very safe exercising here! So good to get back into an exercise routine!
Club Pilates is amazing!! Talented, knowledgeable, personable and professional instructors who really care about their clients and want to make sure that not only are you getting a great workout, but it's a SAFE workout. I have gained so much strength and balance since I started Pilates....it's made me stand taller and walk prouder. Oh, and my butt looks better too!! :) Anyone who tells you that Pilates is not a strenuous workout should try a Control class. You will change your mind quickly. Try it, you will love it!
I have been taking classes here for a few months and it has been a great experience. I was new to Pilates and wasn't active at all, so I was really nervous about starting, but all of the instructors and the other members were so helpful and welcoming that I quickly began looking forward to classes. I would encourage anyone who is even remotely curious about Pilates to visit the studio for an intro class. You will love it!
Really enjoying my workouts here! Sometimes its difficult gettng a class since I am attempting to stay in stretching type classes. The staff are nice and helpful. The instructors are attentive and correct on the spot.
My favorite Pilates studio! Kristy is a great teacher no matter if it is a 1 or a 2.5 or a Fit class. She is very good at her job, always professional with a smile on her face too! I would recommend her studio always!!!!
