This is a great place. Have not been able to go inside yet due to COVID, but my kids love it. Energy kidZ has cameras inside so you can watch them from a secure connection. The kids really enjoy gymnastics here.
Love love love Energy Kidz , my son really clicked with Coach Mike. Mike really understands children while keeping gymnastics fun and having them learning new skills at the same time. Only wish they had a Cary/Apex location :)
We have participated in the toddler/preschool tumble gym program and have always been impressed and enjoyed our time. Recently we hosted a 4 year old birthday party at Energy Kidz and had the best time. Mike was fabulous with the kids - funny, energetic and on their level. Every child left exhausted, happy and ready for more. Thank you!!

This is the nicest gymnastics facility I have ever been to. It's huge! They offer everything your kid could want. They offer recreational gymnastics, competitive cheerleading, competitive gymnastics, recreational trampoline and tumbling, competitive trampoline and tumbling, tumbling classes, karate, dance, and summer camps. The whole program is very organized. I have been to gyms where you have to share the floor with 4 other classes. But this gym makes sure everyone has plenty of space and it's not too crowded. This is seriously the best gym ever and I would recommend it to anyone.
