Raise the prices almost monthly. Never at location. Just called to see about moving my belongings. The lady was rude, and told me I had to come in to show my i.d. They sure don't ask me for my i.d. when the bill is due. Horrible
The previous owners of this facility were fantastic! The new owners, Prime Storage, not so much. They have no empathy for emergency situations during this current pandemic and the manager will not speak to you personally. He will only communicate through his office staff. The first thing Prime did when they took over was raise the rent. Their lease requires an attorney to understand! The facility itself is satisfactory but if you can rent someplace else, I would encourage you to do so. If management will not extend you the courtesy of talking directly with you during extenuating circumstances, is that a company with whom you want to do business? I would hope not.

They are very nice people and has a wonderful place if you need storage
How do you rate a self storage place? I mean you're literally renting a big box. Or a little box if that's what you need. No but seriously they at least have an electronic gate that you need the passkey to get into, and they do have several cameras around the property. So now you can rent a tightly guarded box, which is better than a none guarded box. To whoever's reading this I'm sorry, been on a roadtrip for over 16 hours and this is how I am entering me and my wife. But they are nice boxes at any rate.
