Pharmacists Mark and Joseph are nice and helpful. The techs are helpful, too. They've got loads of prescriptions, so if they seem hectic or not smiling, that really doesn't bother me. If you've worked with the public before, you know how that is. I think they all handle it the best they can.

Run....don’t walk to another pharmacy. I was overcharged for my purchases and when trying to return them I realized that they did not give me a receipt. I never left the parking lot and went back in to get my money back. Had to stand in line for at least 15 mins only to be told that I couldn’t get all my money back because I didn’t have the receipt and they didn’t know what I had paid so they would have to give me what the stuff was worth now, which was $7 less than what I paid, literally a few minutes after I made the purchase. Did it depreciate that fast? I told them what they were charging was highway robbery, because it was. The manager was rude as hell so I had some choice words for him which I was happy to do as loudly as possible for all the patrons to hear. He sarcastically thanked me for being civil after which I told him where he could go. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location and as another reviewer stated, the parking lot is always full of litter. I will NEVER return to this hell hole that shows no appreciation or fairness to their customers. If I could give them NEGATIVE 5 stars I definitely would. This place absolutely sucks and the pharmacists have always been rude. ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c

This is definitely an outdated CVS, but the staff is always really nice. I visit here a lot because it's close to the house. I like that they dont make me have a bag when I buy things. I can say no I dont need a bag and they actually listen ! They have a good selection of items in store and half price calentines candy at the moment. So that's a win!

The old bat at the register (7pm 9/4/2020) did everything she could to not take a return. My fiance was trying to return a can of baby formula I bought in cash because I had bought the wrong kind. First she said she couldn't take it (she didn't check). Her coworker then told her she could. She scanned it and got an error. She AGAIN tried to say she couldn't take it. Her coworker told her they just couldn't resell it, they could return the money. Then she demanded an ID of the person who bought it. My fiance HAD THE RECEIPT where I BOUGHT IT IN CASH. She made her go back out to her car to get the id, then made her wait in a full line AGAIN and then took the longest time possible to count out the change.nnLiterally tried her best to make the worst customer experience possible.

Very disappointed with this store. Walked in and headed for the counter to ask about getting passport photos. The lady walked away as I approached the counter and then pointed to use the self service check out from about 10 meters away. I then explained that I was here for passport photos and they said the camera was broken.
