Bad customer service. I was never offered services at a full service pump after sitting there for over 5 minutes. As soon as I was finished pumping my own gas I was asked to move for the customer behind me. I wasn't even sitting there long enough to key an address into my GPS. Whether or not the customer behind me was disgruntled should have never affected my service.
Just a wonderful place to do business with. The owners John and Bill Carrington- Smith and Craig Robbins are honest..and will give you options. Never overcharge you. You feel right at home when you are in their shop..and you will actually have a good time hanging out at the station. It's hard nowadays to find trustworthy mechanics..but search no further. The Eastgate Shell Station is the place to go.
The best in Raleigh! I LOVE not getting ripped off. These guys grew up here and they are the absolute most honest guys around. Service is stellar and the work is always top notch. Would NEVER consider going to anyone else. The last of a dying breed folks, a business that is fair, far from greedy and actually gives a shiny shoe aboutcha.
Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Always a wonderful experience with my vehicles.
My Dad and I have been getting our cars serviced here for years. I highly recommend them as honest and skilled mechanics. A great staff operates here with excellent customer service and a sense of humor! It is always a pleasure to do business here, and they've never led me wrong.
