I went there to do my COVID test last Saturday as I am traveling internationally with my husband and my 5 month old daughter. We wanted to be sure we had tests results before leaving. It turned out that they register my test under a different name, meaning I do no have any valid results. This was highly disappointing. Moreover, when calling this morning the pharmacy staff was quite in a hurry and rude initially. Then they changed their tone when realizing it was their mistake. I am very sad as we asked more then once last Saturday about timing, results etc. as we are traveling. Now we will have to risk anyway and maybe pay a few at the airport. We can’t loose our ticket. We understand that mistakes can occur but, again, this created more problems for us that we need to resolve.

The customer service here was terrible. Was told to “be patient, and keep waiting” when simply asking if they had an item in stock. According to the lady at the cashier they don’t have the man power to go look for the item, ironic that at the same time she said that two female employees were gossiping in an aisle together, they probably could’ve taken a break from their gossip session to help. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Won’t recommend to anyone and won’t be getting my money.

Last night I came in the store around 11:50 pm and the staff was very patient with me and help with all my needs I really appreciate it. I definitely will be back the night shift manager and crew was awesome

They can't scan anything on a phone. Don't go there with mobile coupons and don't expect any good customer service.

I’m a bit perplexed by the negative reviews and feel like a lot of the criticism is left by people who are highly unrealistic. For the five years I have lived in this part of Raleigh, this has been my go-to store and pharmacy. The store is always clean and organized, and there is always an associate on the floor to help guide you to whatever you’re looking for. The pharmacy is very busy, that’s true, but I believe this is because of how great of a job they do. No other pharmacy in this area has offered me the customer service that this Walgreens does. I’m willing to wait the 10-25 mins that has been complained about (which is a ridiculous complaint because that’s really fast for a pharmacy) because when my prescription is ready, the pharmacy staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I (1) pay the lowest cost possible; and (2) understand why my out-of-pocket cost is what it is. I am type 1 diabetic, and I had a prescription they had never handled before. What did they do? They went out of their way to not only acquire the prescription for me (which they had to do through a third party), but they also made sure they were educated on this new product. And to address another complaint I’ve read: just because your birth control is pre-packaged doesn’t mean you get to jump to the front of the line of people who have been patiently waiting for their meds. Besides, it’s birth control; do you really need it that very moment? Unless the pharmacy has no supply of it, you’re gonna get it the same day you request a fill. Bryant is especially spectacular. He always greets me by name every time I come to the store. He is so kind and helpful, and he truly cares about the people who patronize this Walgreens. This store deserves five stars.
