So, I went hear the other day and was greeted by a sales person named Raphael. We looked over a few vehicles and he was very knowledgeable about the Kia Eclipse Cross. I was able to take it home and test drive it, put it on the highway see about you know the get-up-and-go. Great mileage, great price. When I brought the car back I was greeted by Paul. I will be back, on my quest to find the perfect vehicle just for me!
The sales staff and leadership here still believe in integrity and customer satisfaction. Paul and Robert went out of their way to do the right thing and have earned not only my business, but my respect. The associates are personable and compassionate as well. Highly recommend. I love my new car.
I arrived at the dealership just browsing really and I was greeted by Dawson. Very polite and knowledgeable about each and every car I asked him about. Not once did he ever act like I was asking too many questions or that I was irritating him. I had been to several car lots but this dealership was where I made my purchase. Antonio shadowed Dawson to help if he had any questions bc it was his first car sale. I just want to say ever person I talked to their are amazing and will have you laughing. Mr. Paul the general manager is awesome. My husband and I purchased a car somewhere else last year and it failed us so Mr. Paul helped us get into a brand new car with no problems. Thank you WestGate family.
