There are always going to be people who say bad things. There are always going to be people that feel the need to hurt people and businesses with words. I tend to reserve the negative for face to face conversation and my reviews are always based on facts and my experience.nSo, here’s my experience with Belmonte Auto.nDan Belmonte is an experienced hard working man who is knowledgeable and will go out of his way for a customer. Dan understood the limitations of my schedule and worked with me (over and above) to ensure that I got the car I wanted. The process from introduction, to negotiation, to purchase was streamlined and easy. Dan was honest and understood what I wanted and the parameters of what would ensure I became a customer. The car industry is filled with sub par experiences and some of that is due to the way we, as customers, treat our salespeople. Try being upfront, honest and clear in what it is you want when purchasing a car. Understand they need to make money too. If they don’t, then they won’t be there when you want to buy another car.nLastly, I have no doubt I will buy another car from Dan. I will also be recommending him to others.

I would not recommend. Not sincere in the information they give you when you're interested in purchasing from them. Known mechanical problems with a vehicle on their lot that are brought to their attention, are met with a song and dance. Avoiding any sincerity in what they originally convey in 'making good' towards being truthful to their word in selling to you. They will not communicate in earnest if you know what you're talking about, when they try to sell a vehicle leaking oil from its timing chain cover. The salesman told me the vehicle is listed for full asking price. He told me how much the vehicle would be with tax and tags out the door. Apparently, they are satisfied with selling a vehicle for the full listed price that faces a repair of nearly $1,000.00 if not more. They expect $7950.00 for an suv to leak oil over its engine, under carriage and your driveway. 2012 Ford Escapes are problematic for oil leaks. The owner Dan told me he was willing to work on a price because of this known fact. That never happened though. Makes one wonder what other information is with held about all of the vehicles and the full listed price is still expected for it.

I'm currently in the market for a new vehicle but due to some life challenges it has been a little more difficult than I expected. When I called and talked to Pil he made me feel like my situation was normal and me getting a vehicle that I want is not impossible. He gave me some great advice and even helped me understand more as to what car dealerships really are looking for when it comes to helping customers. I can tell he truly just wants to help anyone that he can and for that I will always refer anyone to him. So if you're ever in the market please go check Belmonte Auto Imports out and I promise you won't be disappointed.

There’s no perfect science to buying a used car, but Belmonte made my experience a decent one. Great place to buy an import. Phil’s a very nice salesman and gave me a great deal on a trade. Vince is a fair businessman; resolved an issue I was frustrated about and took extra steps to make it right. Everyone I encountered inside and outside the office was great.

We had been searching for a Tahoe and I found the one I wanted at Belmonte. They never made us feel pressured or rushed! We were able to look at the car as long as we wanted and make sure we were happy with everything! It was a very calm and delightful experience! They gave me a great deal on the car I traded in as well! They are a family owed business who has been in the business for years! We will continue to buy our future cars here!
