Tim Mallard, Capital Ford Commercial Vehicles, was the best vehicle sales person I’ve encountered in my 40yrs as a driver. He was extremely knowledgeable of his products, very responsive, respectful of a business persons time and not a pushy salesman. Probably the easiest transaction I’ve ever made. Definitely would refer anyone to Tim in the future.

So originally I was going to look at cars at another local Ford dealership. After having a terrible experience with their service department over a simple oil change I decided they would NOT be the dealership I would buy a car from. I found Capital Ford and browsed their inventory. I found the car that exceed our needs and with in our budget. I made an appointment to look at it and test drive it. We really liked it, very much. Our sales consultant Ken Ulrichnmade everything so effortless he explained the entire process answered all our questions completely. When all was said and he went over all the options on the car showed us how everything worked. It really was a great experience, I highly recommend Capital Ford Raleigh!! Thank you Ken Ulrich!!

I bought a 2013 Chevrolet 2500 from these people for a great price and with great service until it came time to pay, I lived in another state and they insisted that I would go home with the truck. then wait for the check at my home, and drive all the way back to them to give them said check. I wanted to mail the check to them, however that wasn’t even the real issue. When I returned to the dealership for the second time I arrived with my check in hand and we finalized the transaction. The manager was kind enough to offer me some fuel for my journey to witch I accepted, a worker took my truck to the gas station and when he returned my drivers seat would no longer adjust and my heated and cooled seats would not work as well . I told them about this and they denied responsibility but had service come out to look at it and see what happened, they could not figure it out and after capital ford not accepting responsibility I chose to leave and head home. When I got home and called to see if they would take care of their own fault they denied my calls so I took it to my own local mechanic who found it was $1,400 in damage, caused by someonen(the worker)adjusting the seat all the way back and crushing the connections! what a great trade off, 4 Hours of my time and $1,400 in damage for $20 dollars of fuel. Terry was great to work with. He worked with me over the phone to negotiate a fair price for my trade-in and new F150. I live 2 1/2 hours away so I needed to make sure we agreed on price before making the long drive. Many of the other dealers would not discuss specific price unless I came in person first. Terry has been very responsive to questions I have had since the purchase also.

Went to look at a used Escape. Jordan Copley was waiting on us with the car. Went in to test drive. He worked with us and was so helpful! We loved working with him! The finance man, Vick, was amazing as well. He was very caring about what we could do. They both helped our Son buy a brand new Mustang GT. They were very good with him as well. We live 1-1/2 hrs away with the drive.
