I really appreciate Shawn for all of his help! Even though there were a few bumps in the road he made sure I understood and explained how to get it done! And the fact he checked in to make sure everything went well even after my home delivery appointment means a lot and shows so much about him! I am very happy with my car and the great customer service and care he provided! I am over joyed and relieved!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SHAWN and the entire CarMax team!!

My rep, Nicole Barnes was great. She was very helpful and patient with me as this was my first car I was purchasing. She thoroughly explained the different options like Maxcare and gap, which helped me make my decision. Also she was very personable and a fellow Spartan! I really enjoyed my experience with her. The only thing I didn’t like too much was how very long it took for the business office to call her name so we would get the paper work started. We waited for over an hour. Other than that though, the experience was great and very smooth.

I'd have to say the best experience my husband and myself have ever had. We were continuously looking for a good family vehicle since we have 3 small children. No one would approve us because of how bad our credit was even with a pretty good down payment. So we tried and got preapproved. Picked out a car we liked made an appointment went right in. It took less than an hour to sign the papers and send the info to the bank. We were driving a new car home.

I got an offer online and without an appointment I walked in to redeem it expecting to receive maybe half that amount of money. They stayed 100% true to their offer and gave me exactly the amount they offered. I walked out with a check that night after only an hour of waiting. All around satisfied.

Teresa from the Sale team was very personable and answered all my questions. Very nice level of customer engagement!nI may have the wrong name, Ann ? was in the Business office (blond hair pulled back). Very friendly and knowledgeable.nThe entire process was so easy. It's the 2nd time I've sold with Car Max after 3 previous purchases. Will recommend and return!
