My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our Mini Cooper from Flow. The experience was made easy and enjoyable by the superstar who is Nan Crowley! Nan was not only amazing about the car buying process (taking her time to explain the many options, etc.), she has continued to support us as Mini owners since purchasing the car a year ago (giving us advice, taking a major role in assisting in service checks, etc.). My husband and I feel great relief and confidence knowing we have such a strong team with Nan and Kevin in management who truly want us to have a great experience with Mini.

My wife and I were very impressed. Ian Dear was a fantastic host and was extremely knowledgeable about the cars. We felt no pressure. Don't hesitate to go if you wanna check out those great minis!!

Done business with Flow Mini of Raleigh multiple times and have been impressed by the first rate service! I live a little over an hour away and they go over and beyond to provide a courtesy loaner vehicle so that I am not inconvenienced while my car is being worked on.nnHave been working with Merle Freeman who is professional and courteous. Does a great job explaining the work my car needs and if possible show me what they are talking about. Tom the service manager was equally great and readily available as I had a warranty issue which was taken care of without too much fuss.nnGreat staff & excellent service. Most importantly, I feel good knowing they stand behind their work. A little on the pricey side, but would highly recommend service here.

Updating my review since my last one was from 4 years ago. My experience has been good so far. Everyone is nice and I was able to get a loaner when my car had to be worked on just a few weeks ago.

Just terrible. They are ok for part swappers or an oil change but other than that DO NOT bring your vehicle in for service unless it is under warranty. The staff is nice and are well versed in conflict mediation but other than sticking it to you and over charging it was a miserable experience.
