Excellent experience. I've had a BMW from this dealer before and was very happy with it and them. When I decided to look again I went there not really sure if I wanted another BMW and had not really narrowed down my choices. Roth greeted me and listened to where I was in the process. Never pushy. Went back again after making an appointment and she had prepared for my visit which was a value to both of our time schedules. She was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions.nnEnded up buying a car that was perfect for me and in my budget.

If you want to work with an easy going, customer service oriented sales rep, ask for Brendan Clive. He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I found just the right CPO BMW I was looking. Very happy with the purchase.

Dropped off my car for 2 recalls and Jermaine was awesome. Texted me with updates throughout the day and my car was done at the end of the day. Taylor was also awesome and got me a nice new loaner. Picked up my car and they even washed it! Everyone was very professional and helpful as you would expect and I will definitely be buying a new BMW from them soon!

I bought a US specs 2020 430i Gran Coupe while stationed in Italy. Shipped the car back to the US. Only issue was it had European maps installed in the navigator. Leith helped tremendously in getting corporate BMW to agree in paying to install US maps. The service representative went above and beyond in helping me. I really appreciate the effort.
