Just wanted to share my latest experience with the Service Department of Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. Mike Steppe was our Service Advisor and we cannot imagine to be bringing our RX to anyone else. Mike is super knowledgeable, responsive , and has a great customer service skills. We has some loose stitches in the back seat. Mike and his Service Manager were able to take care of us under the Lexus warranty. We are super impressed with the Lexus and Mike Steppe, who continued staying in touch with our RX's updates. Thank you! It was a truly Lexus service experience!

Long story short, I've been with Lexus for 13 years and they've never disappointed. The car itself is like no other I've driven. The sales people are attentive and knowledgeable, as well as the service reps. I'm treated so well when I call or go there for service. The place sparkles with cleanliness. Unfortunately, my car is on its way out, but I truly wish I could be part of the Lexus family forever.

My experience with Johnson Lexus of Raleigh was excellent! Matt Davis and Stephanie Johns made buying a car out of state simple. They were quick to respond to all my questions and resolve any issues. I love my new Lexus and excited to be a part of the Lexus family!

I bought my Lexus from Johnson and I had the best service ever buying a new car. Everyone was so Grateful for you deciding to grant them the opportunity to sell you a new vehicle. I especially want to thank Rodney who took the time to make sure I had the right car for me tonpurchase to Vincent who made my financing such a joy I almost forgot that I had to make payments. Lol. I recommend this dealership to anyone wanting outstanding customer service when purchasing a car.

I worked with Moses Norman as my sales person. He is very polite and did lot of follow up and answered all my questions. In fact he was able to place a special order for my options for a 2021 model. Also he got me possible max discount. Day of delivery he really helped in a professional manner from start to finish.nHe has lot of patience and respect for customer needs
