I want to thank Claudius John, who is absolutely one of the greatest vehicle customer care representatives I’ve encountered. I don’t refer to him as a salesman, because he offered me much more than a sales experience, he is a consummate professional. My credit union required some detailed protocols to close my deal, and Claudius and the Leith team adhered to it to the letter and made me feel comfortable with my purchase long distance. I did not see the vehicle in-person until I took delivery, however Claudius did two FaceTime tours with me, answering every question I could think to ask.nI also want to thank Jeff Lima for his assistance in getting the vehicle hotspot to work before my road trip. AT&T as well as the local Jaguar dealership in my hometown, neither could assist me, I called Leith and was connected to Jeff, as Claudius was not onsite at the time. Jeff not only resolved my problem with ease, but he helped me to understand the technology of my XJL Portfolio. Claudius stated as I took delivery, I’d just taken luxury to the next level, and I agree, but Leith has taken customer care, before, during and after the sale to the next level also, and I’m a new customer for life!

I live 125 miles away from Jaguar Raleigh. My Jaguar F Pace had a broken hose coming off of the water pump. I called them at 10:30 on Wednesday morning. They picked my car up on a roll back and returned my car at 5 pm the very next day on Thursday. Problem was fixed and I only paid for a service that I requested at noon on Thursday. Cameron and everyone in the service department is just Awesome!!! The entire operation is first class!

Great technicians and friendly advisors. Changed my lower control arm bushings here. Prompt responses, professional attitude and quick turnaround. Would recommend their service department for certain.
