I had a really positive experience when the drive thru ladies and manager corrected my order from a week ago. They were really kind and fast, and my meal was very fresh. They also apologized for the wait...Thanks guys!
I just left there a few minutes ago, ordered the Filet-o-fish(mistake o fish), a cold fish square, NO tartar sauce, hard bun. This should have been in the waste bin. Y'all can do better than this , I've had your best!!! 11:22pn.
Lately, the only reason I have been going to McDonald’s is because I love the Holiday Pie so much. For the 3rd time now, I have asked while I place my order if they have any available. I’m always told they have some. So I usually order 2. I pull up, pay for my order. Then get to the second window just to be told you don’t have any and you offer me something else instead. I have asked for a refund twice and the workers seem to be upset by that. I’m not sure what’s hard to understand about paying for something I want and then asking for my money back when I don’t get it. My request is: Please give accurate information to avoid wasting both of our times while you either have to cook more Holiday Pies or give me a refund.
Quick service this morning. They've been on it lately. Great job AM crew!
The morning shift does a great job! But besides that this is a terrible McDonalds. Rude staff, long wait times, they don’t fill up your drink all the way. Unless you are going for breakfast, save your time and money.
