Barnes & Noble

A huge Barnes and Nobles, 2 stories. Has a Starbucks inside as well as a separate area for music. The first floor has pretty much everything with the second floor being devoted to kids and games of all kind. All the staff seem nice which is great. Some of the items for sale are a little overpriced but then again its a Barnes and Nobles... The only reason why its not a 5 star is because of the elevator which you can tell with a glance that its super old and it kinda scares me whenever I have to ride on it. Normally I would take the escalator but my daughter still rides in a stroller.

Love this huge place! Its sooo amazing to walk in an know there is a adventure only a book away! Kids cant get enough! Blessings

Customer service was very helpful. Two associates were talking to each other, but when I approached the counter, they immediately ended their conversation and helped me with my request. I appreciate good customer service.

I know this covid thing is here but the only complaint I have is there was no chairs to sit and read. I enjoy looking through books and relaxing with my coffee but we had to sit on the floor along with other shoppers doing the same thing. If we can touch the same books we can sit in the same chairs.

Upstairs is a large selection of children and teen stuff. Rare to find a retailer that devotes so much floor space to young readers. Truly refreshing
