Six people behind booth, another 3 at their desks setting up people with accounts and only one working for the people coming in. 40 min wait for 5 people in front of me, unacceptable. Wells Fargo will never be about their clients and this branch isn't any different.

Why in the earth the location at capital Blvd Raleigh, remains closed? That’s ridiculous!
Excellent Service and caring manager about their clients
Lack of enough staff members on a Friday which is a busy day. Mgr was sitting at her desk not assisting the other staff and made customers wait for over an hour to open Accounts. All the manager did was sign people in and sit on her computer. Better service is recommended at this location.
